Strange plant

Strange plant at collage.
I just walking pass thought another building, then face on the right and saw this strange plant. I no idea what plant is this, but sure i never saw the plant can grow like this and stick on the wall and such high! normally i only can see is stick on the tree then it will grow such high, but this is building how could it be?
