JR competition will it be my last event?

JR junior robothon, this event create by Eduspec and develop by DES my department which will do a lot of research and develop courseware about robotics to all the school... While I'm still a teacher, I train those student and take path of this events. Then from that day I have a dream I wanna do something only about robotics... I not really like to be a teacher but a trainer I think I like it, but if ask me to develop something about robotics I sure I'm very like it... But problem is after I join this department, everything go not as I aspect, I only have 20% to build and create some new model or field model or other courseware model, other I more on drawing those model that already create and do stepping... Seriously I don't like to draw any this model, I only like to build to create something special, so slowly and slowly I can't hang anymore so I wanna quit this department, I'm very tired in here, even our head also very negative thinking and do a lot of negative brain washing us then control us like a freking doll... Enough already I gonna quit this department and change to other department that do what I like to do. Why? Work should be like this, not everyone like their current work stop complaining your situation... If you tell me this I will only say, if you are doing what you don't like to do in your current job, will your work progress quality improve? What but if you doing the work you like to do, will the quality come out very nice? Think about it... I choose to work in a happy place and do the job what I like to do and the company also have a good rating toward my job, not like doing the stuff I don't like and a negative place with a bad rating complain my job not good enough...
So at the end I think this JR event maybe is my last JR event as a judge or other etc etc etc position, what I care is what student already learn and how strong they can go, but my colleague say that I try make them feel more hard and stress. The filed model I come out have my reason and my idea there, not like they think I try to mess them up. All I need is the student will they really able take care them self without teacher helping them, what I want is to let student know and learn how to solve the problem if the case sudden show up... O well they not appreciate what I do, so I think I can't go on already, I been here around 2 year and I think it is hopeless.
