My another new Dish ~~ Fried egg with bean.
Today learn some new dish from my memory again lolz, actually i didn't watch and teaching stuff about cooking or how to cook bla bla bla...
This dish quite simple and tasty only chop those beam have a litter challenge, well you need to chop those long bean into small size beam and with a bit fast speed plus no damage my finger < OUCH!!>... joking =_=!! i didn't cut off my finger anyway lolz, then slice a onion, break 3 egg in bow and add some salt and pepper then mix the egg until become liquid... Heat the pan then pour some oil and then trow sliced onion and fried a while then trow beam again fried until the beam become fresh green color add some seasoning mix a while and then get those beam together, after this pour the liquid egg at center of the beam... then wait around 20-30 sec until the egg can be move around, then is show time!!! mix it together fry it together hahaha!! until those egg almost become a bit char then take it up and that's it my new dish complete haha... so i give it a try and i only say ermm, just not so good if the beam cook more long again, i think is better... anyway the smell is very good and tasty... before this dish i also cook a pot of soup it use to be call ABC soup, but my soup a bit failure because i didn't have enough ingredient to cook it. i only use tomato,onion and carrot and then cook it around 2.30 hour something the taste is very nice but only the tomato so strong but i like it haha... next time i will cook this soup again with full and nice ingredient, so that i can post it here again haha...
