Training ya, I love to learn new stuff so I will attend free training if available. But after few class later when I know how it's work already I'm thinking to train other people with my confident stuff... But if you ask me to train people without proper ready and confident about that stuff, of course I may not train them well. Today is my first time to train teacher, is my dream also because I keep saying someday I'm the one who stand in front there and train you guys and not keep siting here and let you guys train me... Yupe is my last 2 year dream and it finally come true, but problem is this time training is most worse training I ever attended before, everything not going smooth as I expect because my head keep changing her plan and only do what she want us to train. Ouch am I the trainer here? Can you do some respect to the trainer? Why you keep saying many stuff while the trainer is training those teacher... I wonder what happen so I give up my training method and follow what she want us to train them, why because if problem come out I will only say I'm just following order to train you guys sorry. Ya true I'm not what kind of profession trainer and I'm also lack of experience for teaching teacher... But why not you let me try? I will accept any mistake or fault or error or any bad stuff happen and I also accept your scolding and complain. O well I think this is my first and also last training as a trainer in this department I will be transfer to other department and ready for more challenge.
